We’re really excited about a recent development… We’ve been drawn to represent Canada at the 2016 Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue. It’ll be our 6th time competing at this event, held in Lychburg, Tennessee. What we’re really excited about is that we will be joined by our friends and Canada’s top BBQ Team for 2016 – Arrowhead North BBQ from White City, Saskatchewan! Arrowhead North, headed by Scott Chomos, will be competing at this event for the first time. These 2 teams will be joined by a team from Ottawa to represent Canada at this event. Both teams are also attending the American Royal World Series of Barbecue in Kansas City.
To celebrate this development, and to help raise funds for this very expensive trip, we’re combining forces to bring you the recipes that have put us at the top of the competition world. In addition to the 4 standard competition meats, we’re doing a Carolina-style whole hog, Jerk chicken, and some amazing sides. We’ll have Rebellion beer on tap and lots of other beverage options for you. With great music and silent auction, we hope to bring you a good time as well as a meal you’ll never forget.
