Booking & General Information
What kind of deposit do you require?
What extra charges can we expect?
What do you do with leftovers?
None! Our prices are all inclusive. Some caterers charge for serving staff, we do not. Some caterers charge a gratuity before they even step food on your premises - regardless of whether they earn it - we do not. Some caterers charge for delivery, we do not*. We ask you to consider a gratuity - but only if you feel that we provided an excellent experience and value for you and your guests.
We are fortunate enough to have a custom-built, 22' BBQ kitchen on wheels. The entire kitchen can be run on a generator, meaning we can set up virtually anywhere. For most groups, usually 50-75 people or more, we will cook on site and cater your group in person. For smaller events, we may not be able to justify the time and effort involved, and we will consider dropping the hot food off at your event. We do this in order to keep the prices lower for smaller functions. Your food is always prepared fresh, the same day as your event.

In general, we take leftovers with us. The reasons for this policy are twofold: One, we take food safety very seriously. While we know we take all necessary steps to ensure the safety of our food prior to serving, we have no control over how the food is handled if we leave it. While we are fully insured, we just can't risk being blamed or losing our impeccable reputation if someone gets food bourne illness due to improper food handling after we leave the event. Secondly, we charge on a per-person basis. We're sure you'll agree that if you pay for 100 people, and 100 people are well fed, then we've provided what you've paid for. If we have a significant amount of food leftover, and we can chill it and deliver it quickly, we will make every effort to donate the food to a Regina shelter.
Our prices always include plates (large Chinet), premium disposable cutlery, napkins, condiments (salt, pepper, BBQ sauce, and any other condiments that traditionally go with your menu items such as horseradish or real bacon bits). If your event is outside, we can arrange for a 10x10' tent to cover the food table. We clean up after ourselves and your guests, and make sure the area is at least as clean as it was when we found it. We don't typically provide tables for serving the buffet, but those can be arranged if you don't have them available.

Besides food, what else do you provide?
