  • Sample menus are for groups of 50-75 people.  Please inquire about pricing for larger groups.
  • Feel free to mix and match menu items, and we will quote prices accordingly.   We can cook 3 or 4 meats, at a slight premium.
  • We will provide quality paper plates, all utensils, condiments, toothpicks, and napkins.
  • For weddings or formal dinners, we can arrange rental of  real plates, cutlery, linens, napkins, etc.
