I just wanted to send you guys a note once again thanking you for catering our customer appreciation supper. Every year we try to do something unique and special for our supper and your style of cooking certainly fit the bill! We have had so many of our customers call us to thank us for the amazing meal. They all commented how good it was, many people claiming it was one of the best meals they’ve ever had.
It's never easy planning a meal for 900 people, but you guys looked after everything, and took all the stress right out of it. It really made my day run smooth, not having to worry about cooking and serving the food. Our customers also loved the varied menu with the choices of different kinds and styles of food. It was fun hearing them debate over which they liked better, the pork loin or the prime rib (most of the time they couldn’t decide!)

I just thought I'd pass along how much we enjoyed the dinner you catered to Scott and Jaquie's Pasqua lake event this weekend. Everything served was outstanding and the entire table I was at was taken aback by just how good everything was. Highest commendation! Certainly we are very interested in using you folks for some events we are planning in the future. As well, I noticed you do some instructional classes. I'd be more than interested in whatever and whenever might be the next class....let us know!

Christine and I would like to thank you for the amazing meal and service you provided for our wedding.  We were so impressed with not only the meal, but also the fantastic service of your staff. You definitely went above and beyond your contract when your staff helped our families decorate in the early afternoon, and also how you continued to cook and prepare through the hail storm.  We received numerous compliments on the food, especially the stuffed pork and the beans (which our friend, who is also a chef, helped himself to several helpings of).  We will definitely find a reason to use you guys again, and will highly recommend you to others!
Thank you again for helping (along with the monsoons!) to make our wedding memorable.

In June of 2007  we had the pleasure of having Prairie Smoke and Spice cater our wedding.  The whole experience from planning the meal to eating the wonderful food was enjoyable.   Rob was able to give a lot of suggestions and helped my husband and myself decide what to serve.  He knew exactly how much food was needed, so no one went hungry.  The supper was on time and it went off without any problems, which is a definite bonus on your wedding day.  To this day we still have people that came to the wedding say how much they enjoyed the food and the friendly hospitality Rob & Jacy showed.  We look forward to the next event where I can get Prairie Smoke and Spice to cater a meal for us again.   Thanks again guys - it was a wonderful experience.
