Rob’s signature β€œSaskstrami” is dry cured for a week, before being rinsed and seasoned with cracked pepper, fresh ground coriander, and plenty of garlic.Β  It’s smoked overnight and wrapped with butcher paper to preserve the bark, and cooked until tender.

Pack size 10oz, enough for two sandwiches.
