Smoked Meat: Pulled Pork



Our signature pulled pork is smoked with apple and oak wood for 12-14 hours.  We first apply a generous blanket of our Tumbleweed Spice Rub.  Before packaging, we toss it lightly with our Blue Ribbin’ Sweet Sauce.  The meat is vacuum sealed to preserve quality, so it’s ready to reheat from either frozen or chilled.  Championship barbecue when you’re ready for it!
