Slow-smoked beef brisket is a tender, juicy, succulent piece of beef unlike any you’ve tried before!  Our AAA brisket is generously rubbed with our award winning Tumbleweed Rub and then smoked for 12 to 14 hours.  Our brisket is conveniently vacuum sealed so it’s ready to reheat from either frozen or chilled.
