Description

Full Rack of pre-smoked and chilled ribs.  These are sauced, tender, and ready to reheat!    This is a limited run, so get them while you can.

Our ribs are smoked with oak and apple logs.  We season them with our Tumbleweed All-Purpose Rub, and glaze these racks with our Blue Ribbin’ sweet sauce.  It’s the same combination of flavours that have won us dozens of Rib trophies in competition.

Note: These are vacuum sealed in half rack portions and are frozen.
